I am propelled by a profound belief: having a brain that doesn’t align with conventional norms doesn’t diminish its brilliance. My greatest passion is guiding neurodivergent individuals to uncover their strengths and achieve meaningful success. What began as a mission to support students in schools has evolved into a deeper commitment—helping adults, students, and families develop executive functioning skills that foster balance, productivity, and self-trust.
Every coaching session is an opportunity to help someone shift from frustration to focus, and from self-doubt to confidence. My mission is to help you see your potential clearly—and to equip you with the tools to live and work with purpose, joy, and calm.
In 2019, I gave a talk at my school’s TEDx event about The Value of Neurodiversity. I was speaking specifically about how we don’t generally acknowledge the abilities and gifts of students who have learning challenges in schools and it’s a disservice not only to those students but to all of society. We need to rethink the way we “do” education so that each student learns to the best of their abilities and also so they leave ready to change the world in ways only they can.
I am now taking this same idea and bringing it to neurodiverse entrepreneurs. The world NEEDS what this group of people have to offer. I have created a business and life coaching program that is specifically designed to empower women and members of other marginalized communities who are building their own businesses to thrive in every area of their lives as well as in their businesses. There are so many great life and business coaches out there but those of us who have ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity need coaching that fits our unique brains.
